Blush Bridal and Special Occasions hosted the Vera Wang Fall 2013 Preview Fashion Show at their tony salon in West Vancouver May 2, 2013.
The event was attended by the bridal industry’s best and brightest magazine editors, newspapers, wedding planners, bloggists and photographers from around the city.
Featuring the stand out, All ABout Lace, Fall 2013 collection and a sprinkling of Spring 2013 the event was an immeasurable success. Official photos were by Sweetpea Photography during the event and culminated in a breathtaking outdoor shoot that stopped traffic in the City of West Vancouver.
The event was followed by a 3-day Trunk Show at the salon for brides by appointment only.
The 2013 Vera Wang Fall Bridal Collection, All About Lace, reflects an exploration of laces all handwrought, pieced, appliquèd and tossed onto an assortment of light, airy confections with a casual nonchalance. This study in femininity and romance celebrates the wedding gown in a new take on classicism and ornamentation.- Vera Wang
